QA Lead

Role:
● Establishing and evolving mobile QA processes
● Creating comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and test cycles
● Helping drive and prioritize test automation
● Using QA Metrics to improve processes and ensuring that quality and project goals are being met
● Advocating for quality through data
● Advocating for users by raising flags when poor user experience occurs
● Find, research and report bugs in Jira.
● Author and maintain game specific test plans & test cases based off of product backlogs & design specs.
● Clearly communicated overall health of the product to key stakeholders via status updates.
● Create, scope and cost testing tasks during sprint planning meetings.
● Create detailed reports on project status and product health.

Requirements

● Strong understanding of QA Methodologies and best practices in software testing
● Proficient in QA metrics and monitoring projects based on these metrics
● Experience in Games Quality Assurance, preferably in casino industry.
● 2+ years of managing or supervising direct reports.
● Expert in authoring test cases, test plans and QA documents.
● Expert at exploratory and creative testing.
● Knowledge with Jira as an admin.
● A passion for games and experience with the casino model.
● Strong analytical skills.
● Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Nice to have: Programming or scripting knowledge.
