Software testing TL for Back Office testing team should lead and mentor the team. He should be responsible for Back Office and CRM systems testing, managing preparation of testing documentation based on BRD and logical design documents, working with multiple interfaces inside and outside of development unit.
Required skills
• At least 2-3 years managing experience.
• At least 5-6 years testing experience.
• Knowledge in SDLC process
• General understanding of client server application.
