SuperHippo Studios, a game developer and publisher is currently seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Lead for our Bucharest office. We internationalise and manage successful Japanese Free to Play titles along with developing our own IP for Web and Mobile platforms.
Quality Assurance Lead serves as the driver for the testing approach throughout the games’ development cycle. You are responsible for managing testing resources, building test plans, providing accurate and detailed metrics to all project stakeholders, and developing direct reports.
At least 2 year experience as a QA Game Lead
Previous exposure to Quality Assurance Processes and Methodologies
Excellent understanding and proven aptitude in people management, communication
Ability to coach and evaluate performance for the team members, give feedback
Workload management, problem solving, research and analysis, project planning and execution skills
Objectivity and the ability to take important decisions in a short timeframe
The ability to devise good working practices and approaches to problem solving
The ability to adapt to product changes and adapt testing practices to suit
Good analytical skills
Highly self-motivated, self-driven and a proactive leader
Open approach to challenges
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Excellent use of English language, both verbal and written
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and PC functionality
Bachelor’s degree
