eMAG is looking for a Project Manager to join the Knowledge Management team.
The ideal candidate would have a strong background in project management with cross functional teams.
The project manager will work with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to define, plan and track business projects and their impact in eMAG’s operations.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate cross-projects, ensuring that they will perform as intended objectives, time and quality, through planning, control and management;
• Maintain and track a portfolio of projects;
• Lead meetings and workshops to plan, allocate resources and prioritize the project portfolio;
• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
• Collaborate with project team members to identify and mitigate project risks;
• Create and update project documentation;
• Resolve problems, determining system improvements; implementing change;
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
• Use experience from past projects and lessons learned to adapt and implement quality improvements across projects currently being managed within the organization;
• Work with PMO to define and maintain standards for project management within the organization.
• An orientation towards results and the ability to both lead and work in a team;
• Ability to work in an analytical and structured manner;
• Experience with project planning;
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills;
• Excellent good written and verbal English skills;
• Good knowledge of project planning tools;
• Agility (working on several projects in parallel).
Will be a plus:
• 3+ years of experience as project manager on multiple or large cross-projects;
• Have experience with software tools for project management (MS Project, Jira, others)
• Have PM certification (CAPM / PMP / PRINCE 2 / AGILE)
• SDLC knowledge and experience;
• University degree in Technology;
