• To Co-ordinate / Monitor / Execute activities related to Manufacturing of medicine products in compliant with cGMP requirements and data integrity requirements.
• Control the Manufacture & Packaging of dosage forms such as Tablets, Capsules, Sachets and Granules etc.
• Review and agree annual and monthly production plans.
• Produce quality or production documentation as necessary for the manufacturing process.
• Observe standards of safety, quality and conduct with respect to self, colleagues, subordinates and products.
• Ensure that adequate stock of all the consumables required for production activities are maintained.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions, and report accidents causing injuries or damage, including reporting of near miss accidents.
• Record injuries in the accident book, this being a statutory requirement.
• Perform any reasonable task instructed by the Senior Management.
• Check stocks of materials against computerized stock control systems.
• Operate computerized stock control systems.
• Plan and allocate tasks for subordinates.
• Monitor, review and control health and safety performance of subordinates.
• Advise on health and safety management to departmental managers and safety representatives.
• Liaise as necessary with other departments for effective communication and interaction.
• To carry out additional jobs as may be required by the computer from time to time.
