- Coordinating the procurement process in order to achieve the best commercial and technical conditions;
- Lead and participate to the tendering processes as main assessor of the supplier;
- Negotiate the commercial conditions and participate at the negotiations for the main conditions;
- Follow the fulfillment of the contract specifications and coordinate the claim;
- Periodically evaluate suppliers;
- Perform market analysis in order to identify the best suppliers in terms of performed services and associated risks;
- Manage and monitor suppliers’ contracts and performance according to procurement policies.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably economic or engineering specialization);
- Relevant experience in this field;
- Fluency in English;
- MS Office skills;
- SAP/ERP knowledge;
- Driving licence;
- Good organisational skills and target oriented;
- Capacity to identify and solve problems;
- Negotiation and contracting skills.
