Main challenges:
- In a first phase move the team of 10 people to a team of 70 persons ( end of 2014 )
- Control and supervise the production team in Bucharest.
- Articulate the device with teams knowing that the Paris process and responsibilities are shared between Paris and Bucharest.
- Lean management
- Define objectives and evaluate the performance of subordinates ,
- Monitor the performance of processes and resources (productivity, quality )
- Ensure good fit Resources / Volume flow to be treated
- Reduce processing time and increase productivity
- 10-15 years of experience, including 5 years of operational management for PTP teams
- Superior - Strong academic record, in Accounting, Finance, (Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest)
- Need to be available for external mobility
- Previous experience on similar types of processes
- Fluency in French & English
- Communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
