- Coordinates personnel administration operational activities
- Plans and monitors the daily activity of Romania personnel administration team
- Monitors compliance with local statutory requirements and internal practices in all personnel administration related processes: new hires employment process, employee internal changes and termination process
- Supervises the completion of the personnel administration activities included in the calendar established with the personnel administration outsourcing services provider
- Effectively coordinates the employment process of new hires from personnel administration point of view
- Monitors employees internal changes are performed on time and as per requirements of Labor Law and internal practices
- Monitors the employment termination process in order to ensure that statutory requirements and internal policies are respected
- Coordinates with the external services provider to implement all health and safety activities: training for new employees, periodical training for existing employees
- Plans and monitors the employment and periodical medical checkup
- Identifies areas of improvement and proposes for solutions
- Defines goals for direct reports, evaluates their performance and proposes individual development and career plans
- Bachelor Degree
- Professional experience in personnel administration area of at least 3 years
- Experience in team/process coordination role of at least 1 year
- Solid knowledge of Romanian Labor Law
- Solid knowledge of Romanian personnel administration practices
- Advanced command of English Language
- Computer skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel
- Communication and customer service skills
- Planning and organizing skills
