RESPONSABILITATI

• Processing all the payments that fall under the responsibility of the role;
• Register and tracking the payments and balances suppliers:
• Register account statements , receipts and payments reconciliation, treasury stock records
• Check payment processing documentation required: approvals, invoices, etc.
• Preparation of financial statements required by your manager or management team eMAG on: outstanding balances / payments processed / unpaid bills ;
• Preparers closing month and details of and provides support to the team Finance - Accounting


CERINTE

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 1-2 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience;
• English is a must;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies; understanding of scope, requirement gathering, dependencies, and scheduling work;
• Highly organized, task focused, and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment;
• The active need to foster the client relationship through effective communication and expectation setting in the user account area;
• High degree of willingness to learn and a strong desire to develop a career in ecommerce management;
• Proactive self-starter and independent thinker with interpersonal and presentation skills;
• The ability to proactively listen to others; to understand issues and situations and to clearly articulate business needs to both internal and external customers;
• The power to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately;
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments. Able to demonstrate continued expertise in the primary tools or applications used in completing daily work assignments.
