RESPONSABILITATI

You will help in liaising with customers – distributors, agents etc – to register their orders, perform checks and follow-up on for a major international company in the following business languages: Spanish or Italian.
Effective and Efficient handling of customer inquiries (stock availability, delivery- times, special production enquiries and preparations, price, technical & marketing issue’s)
Create orders in SAP/ERP
Control and monitor the progression of order from input stage, production, allocation and dispatch to invoicing and effected delivery.
Communication to customers and sales force of stock or, if not available, alternatives including negotiating stock with other countries.
Follow-up with Logistics/planning/warehouse to ensure smooth delivery
Correct invoicing of supplied materials

University Degree is important and an Economic degree will certainly bring you an advantage.
An advanced Spanish level is mandatory and you will also need a good level of English in order to do the job right.
You will work as part of a large and friendly team so it’s important to be a team player.
We like customer management skills as well as a keen eye for details and problem solving attitude.
