RESPONSABILITATI

The Support Specialist should be responsible for master data management in the Oracle e-business suite and responsible for ensuring that the data is cleansed, appropriate for future growth and is maintained properly.

Job profile:
Set up of all new customers and suppliers in Oracle system (ensuring there are no duplicate items created and that customers are set up in correct hierarchy);
Set up and maintenance of all OKS line items including accounting behind these;
Update of process flow charts relating to master data in the systems (chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, project codes);
Review all users of the Oracle E-Biz tool to ensure the accesses provided are appropriate and maintain a segregation of duties checklist;
Create appropriate delivery materials (PowerPoint and Word);
Perform ad-hoc analysis requests, which can involve merging datasets, cleaning data, analysis and interpretation.


CERINTE

Experience in ERP systems (preferably Oracle);
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - pivot tables and VBA macros skills a plus;
University graduate in Computer Science or Economics;
Fluent in English;
Ability to work in a multinational environment within an established timeframe to complete tasks, high attention to detail and accuracy required, highly organized.
