OPEX & CAPEX Reporting Officer - Bucharest

Main responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of analyses and reports on the operational expenses and capital expenditure by responsibility centres and projects;
- Prepare reports for monitoring the execution of the overall expenditures budget on responsibility centers and projects;
- Participate in the consolidation and preparation of the country capital and operational expenditure budgets and forecast exercises;
- Liaise with Group subsidiaries in order to prepare monthly evolution reports of operational expenses;
- Assist in preparation of regular reports to the management as needed in the decision-making process;
- Liaison with the Group Head Office, in terms of any financial reporting requirements or clarifications as they might appear;
- Ensure proper and timely delivery of OPEX/CAPEX information to support the preparation of the Group reporting package;
- Liaise with Group subsidiaries and Bank Divisions to monitor and analyze the monthly operational expenses and gather adequate explanations on the variations versus comparatives.


CERINTE

Professional Skills:

- Economic University Degree;
- Previous audit experience is a plus;
- Relevant work experience: 2-3 years;
- Knowledge of banking operations and banking accounting is a plus;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
- English language - written and spoken is a must.
