Responsibilities:
Improve the operational systems in support of organizations process.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Customer Service.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Regular meetings with Executive Director around Operations planning.
Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Customer Service through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between functions.
Experience in General Aviation ( Travel agency, Airports, etc. )
Age: between 25 and 35 years old.
Sex: Female.
Degree Required. Strong background and work experience.
Romanian mother language. Languages required: Fluency in English and Italian.
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style.
Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment .
Ability to challenge and debate issues related to the organization.
