RESPONSABILITATI

• Responds toService Delivery Managers' requirements forsupport staff through scheduling mechanisms ensuring efficiency but balanced workload for teams
• Manages recruitment and staff training to meet client requirements and growth objectives
• Defines training and development strategies for staff and sets guidelines and objectives for the group
• Identifies, develops and inspires talent through mentonng and coaching
• Oversees staff performance management ensuringthat all team leaders review performance, assess objectives completion and assign new objectives, define career development plans fortheir staff
• Meets billability and utilisation objectives and maintains a robustgrade structure and skills matrix
• in a peergroup with the Service Desk Manager, Delivery Management andClient Support Managers, as well as Operations Managers from other regions, ensures that OLAs are in place, escalation management processes are followed, client accounts are operated within profitability, service levels and customer satisfaction targets
• Works with other DeliveryUnits' local heads of disciplines to ensure staff policies are aligned
• Through relationships with Service Delivery Managers will ensure that staff are available and properlytrained for client accounts
• Reports to Managed Services Senior Management on objectives and performance indicators


CERINTE

Mandatory skills:
• Proven experience managing large teams In a medium size or large organisation for at least 3 years;
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices;
• Proficiency in People Management - Performance Management, Mentoring &Coaching, Training & Development;
• Excellent Communication SkIllS;
• Recruitment experience f rom a decision making perspective;
• Fluency in English;
• Availability fortravelling, up to 25% of the time.
Desirable skills:
• IT background and proficiencies;
• Previous experience managing virtual teams in different geographies;
• Previous experience in an IT Services company
