RESPONSABILITATI

In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to extracting and analyzing Client Service operations data from various systems and methods to include providing clear analysis report summaries which will be used by CS management heads for key decisions and executive reporting and to provide partner program operational support.
Part of this role will include the creation and establishment of process procedures on how data is processed from end to end.

Responsibilities:
Partner Operational support:
• Monitor Partner certification using TCCP and other training course exam data;
• Tracking and reporting of Partner activities, which may include direct contact with partners;
• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as scheduled;
• Support and develop scalability and automation for various tracking and reporting processes using Sales Force, Excel and other programs (e.g., pipeline, contract performance);
• Help to maintain Partner Support Portal;
Go Live reporting:
• Monthly consolidation, creation and publication of project go live reporting;
• Create and publish end to end processes to ensure adherence to best practice;
• Monitor go live data against prior periods (Quarter on Quarter, Year on Year);
Sales Operations:
• Monitor quality of data in T force for Productised & Training deals owned by CS staff, report on exceptions;
• Produce regular sales reports showing key metrics and trends on closed deals and pipeline growth;
Operational Communication Support:
• Help with design, consistency and update of Centre of Excellence sites on uni-T and Partner Portal;
• Update all CS uni-T sites with “rolling news” and regular stories / articles;
• Maintenance of document repositories for Productised / Expert Services deliverable documents from client assignments;
• Maintenance of Expert and Productised Services uni-T sites;
• Help with design, consistency and update of Governance / Off Shore Services on uni-T and Partner Portal;
• Maintenance of Governance & Off Shore services uni-T sites;
• Adhoc BI reporting required by Central Governance.


CERINTE

Educational & Proficiency level: Minimum 3 years of experience in Software industry related position;
Languages: a good command of the English language which needs to be spoken clearly;
Communication: Demonstrated excellent written communication in English;
Technical knowledge: Microsoft, Excel (Expert level) , Word, Power Point, Visio;
Time management: Excellent time management and multitasking/prioritization skills.
