RESPONSABILITATI

PURPOSE: Performs sales and marketing activities for online channels for fixed and mobile services. Contributes to increase the use of core business channels (Cosmote.ro, Romtelecom.ro, etc.) and develops special projects related to e-business Department, designed to contribute to the business plan.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 Maintains high standards within all e-selling activities monitoring the daily sales activities;
 Contributes towards solutions for identified problems deriving from daily e-activities, as well as solutions to Customers’ problems, following the company’s policies;
 Participates in achievement of the set targets bringing forth proposals for achieving the e-sales targets;
 Coordinates sales & marketing e- activities together with relevant departments as such: Marketing Communication, Product marketing, Logistics, Customer Care, Finance.
 Ensures the implementation of the financial procedures requested for completing an optimal e-selling process;
 Develops and manages e-marketing activity across digital channels
 Maintains activities on social media networks
 Develops and implements both customer and transport provider referral schemes
 Ensures the development of the site’s usability in cooperation with development team
 Is responsible for online campaigns for them to be consistent/ aligned with offline marketing activities;
 Performs analysis and monitoring online/ web activities;
 Designs and implements direct mail & e-marketing campaigns
 Monitors the market tendencies and innovations in the online advertisement market in on-line mass-media and implements the best and the most efficient methods which optimizes revenues from online channels;
 Prepares quantity and quality result reports to the manager of the e-activities
 Provides sales and forecast reportsrequested by the management, which reflects sales/services outcome;
 Informs the Direct Superior upon the activities performed and the achieved results, the challenges that might appear as well as the proposed corrective actions together with the planned activities;


CERINTE

Education:
 University degree (Marketing/Business administration desirable)

Working Experience
 Previous experience in a similar position or at least 3 years minimum previous experience in Telecom Sales or Retail marketing role

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
 CMS Website accessibility/ user experience knowledge
 Google Analytics knowledge
 Content writing knowledge
 Ability to lead campaigns in order to significantly boost business uptake
 Deployment and measurement of email campaigns
 Customer segmentation and agency coordination
 Market and product knowledge within the telecommunication field
 Knowledge of operating and maintenance principles and procedures.
 Very good level of English (written and spoken),
 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
 Organised, proactive and the capable of multi-tasking in order to hit deadlines
 Ability to organize and plan the activities and resources
 Very good ability to manage complex tasks
 Good analytical and planning skills
 Team worker, creative, highly self-motivated and flexible, complex decision style
 Analytical thinking and results oriented person
 Prove excellent communication and interpersonal skills
