Hewlett Packard¿s Customer Relationship Management is the solution built on Siebel for Marketing, Sales, and Call Centre processes in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Job Description:
CRM Operations staff work for one or more European HP CRM teams, and are responsible for data quality and maintaining/updating the customer/sales hierarchy, servicing the local Sales, Marketing, Sales Compensation and Call Centre teams.

¿Manual validation of duplicate/matching records
¿New Account record creation
¿Contact re-qualification
¿Mail returns processing
¿Account hierarchy investigation and processing
¿Sales Team maintenance


CERINTE

Qualifications:
Minimum one years office work experience
Fluent in English + one of French, German, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian
PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) tools knowledge
Prior Siebel/CRM experience is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided

Key Skills:
Ability to work as part of a remote/virtual team
Excellent communication/presentation skills
Strong motivation, good eye for detail, high degree of accuracy
(Internal) Customer service mentality
