Vos responsabilités:
Vous serez en charge de répondre aux appels entrants provenant des occupants, clients ou gardiens d’immeubles et y apporter une solution dans les meilleurs délais.
Pour ce faire, vous devrez notamment:
- accueillir votre interlocuteur
- identifier votre interlocuteur
- reformuler la problématique
- qualifier l’appel
- apporter une solution aux demandes ou la rediriger au service concerné

Votre Profil:
- très bonne maîtrise de la langue française (écrit, parlé et compréhension)
- vous êtes à l’aise au téléphone (bonne élocution, bonne expression orale)
- organisé, rigoureux et réactif ; vous avez une appétence pour la relation client
- votre autonomie, votre sens des responsabilités et votre capacité d’adaptation vous permettront de mener à bien vos missions.
- la maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique classiques est indispensable
