• Network Administrator supports end user in day by day operations with specific applications
• Take in charge the calls, collect information applying check list
• Classify requests and give initial support
• Acquire, install or upgrade computer software
• Automate routine tasks; write computer scripts; troubleshoot

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• At least 6 months experience on networking environment
• Proficient in relevant IP Network technologies, especially those belonging to Cisco and Juniper brands
• DNS & DHCP administration knowledge
• Understanding of IP/MPLS, VPN, routing protocols (BGP, IS-IS,OSPF)
• Problem solving and analysis, customer service orientation
It’s an advantage to have:
• Cisco CCNP and Juniper JNCP certifications
• Cisco ASA skills or experience
• Italian language
• Permanent employment contract
