RESPONSABILITATI

Our customer is a global retailer with multiple locations. We are looking for 1st and 2nd level Support Engineers with experience in Navision ERP and helpdesk to process support requests.


JOB DESCRIPTION
• Navision ERP software support, address issues escalated by users
• Gather information and identify the problems
• Manage issues and if required escalate them to the next support level
• Evening shift, due to time zone difference
• Location in Bucharest, possible other city in Romania


CERINTE

• Relevant higher education
• Knowledge of Navision ERP
• Good understanding of retail business
• At least 2 years’ experience with customer support
• Team player
• Customer oriented attitude
• Very good communication and documentation skills
• Fluent in English, additional language Spanish is a plus
