• Performing pre-studies of moulds for all moulds under responsibility;
• Analyzing numerical definitions product and detects inconsistencies product with respect to the feasibility of moulds;
• Tracking detailed according to need;
• Verifying the application of the technical solutions decided in molds in the product design;
• Validating cast in the mould before sending it to production series ;
• Communicating with hierarchical superior of the hard points or issues with financial implications to respect the procedures in force;
• Main contact for the toolmaker;
• Mold supply requests according to the standard documents (conventional and complex);
• Choosing suitable mold technically for the awards;
• Validating all molds made by the toolmaker projects;
• Ensuring the accurate tracking of molds and mold until the first test;
• Validating the rationale for the cost of bids of molds or mold modifications;
• Planning the workload in the toolmaker suggesting what should be outsourced or not without project preferences;
• Using the return of experience of the production plants in order to apply the lessons learned;
• Following the evolution of the sector in terms of conception with the means at its disposal (with the mold or foreign media).
• Minimum 5 years experience in plastic parts in the automotive industry;
• Knowledge of calculation for parts, cycles and workflow (training will be applied if required);
• Language skills – English advanced required;
• Visual capacity;
• Driving license – B;
• Availability to travel.
