• Developing good knowledge of postgraduate education, and especially business education.
• Contacting young professionals who have demonstrated interest in advancing their careers through business education consulting them on the schools coming to their cities.
• Reviewing CVs and profiles of candidates who have registered for the events and assessing their suitability for a range of international business schools and programmes.
• Following up with candidates to book them into meetings with schools via email campaigns and phone calls, ensuring a high conversion rate of registrations to booked interviews.
• Assisting prospective candidates with advice on programmes, GMAT, entry requirements, visas and funding Masters programs.
• Managing and updating database of schools information involving a range of the clients’
admission criteria.
• Attending QS events when required.
• Training new Masters consultants.
Self-starter, perhaps with some sales or project management experience, who likes the idea of working in a new office.
Advance level of at least two languages: English (mandatory) and one other e.g. French, Spanish or Russian.
Excellent communication skills.
Focus on results, advising and building rapport with people over the phone or via social media.
Some understanding of business school education system and tests like GMAT & GRE.
Outstanding organisational & prioritisation skills including a strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word; PowerPoint) and Internet familiarity.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task, happy to muck in and perform a range of tasks and willingly take on challenging responsibilities, often last minute.
A confident business manner and ability to learn quickly.
