RESPONSABILITATI

- Organizes, coordinates and controls all activities performed by Marketing Team, being responsible for prioritizing workload to achieve quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate and implement monthly/quarterly/annual media plan using centrally developed assets
- Communicate with agencies on localisation of centrally developed assets & local assets
- Review and approve localised and local marketing assets
- Coordinate and implement Sales Promotions, Sales events
- Develop and implement new vehicle launch plans using centrally developed and local assets
- Implement new CRM / Internet initiatives as part of European deployment plans
- Preparation and execution of national and regional dealer meetings
- Communicate to the dealer organisation on marketing subjects
- Visit individual dealers to build relationships and better understand market environment
- Communicate with and report to central staffs on marketing subjects
- Organise monthly Dealer Marketing Committee to agree on Marketing strategy and plans
- Develop and implement Dealer Advertising Amount plans with dealers
- Review key marketing and take corrective actions if required
- Plan, coordinate and execute National Auto Show strategy.
- Is involved in ensuring that the provisions promoted by the department, are within the deadlines, trained and oriented towards company's cost policy;
- Identifies and implements cost improvement opportunities without creating industrial, financial or personnel disruption.
- Follows the cost reduction and related indicators by: control of overtime, efficient use of materials, equipment and labor in the working area;

- Is responsible for organisation of labour and manning in area, including monitoring and control of attendance, absence and vacation.
- Ensures that employees within work area are effectively trained to perform their jobs safely to required quality standards.
- Ensure an efficient communication within the team, the departments and the company.
- Other duties and tasks, related to the job, as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager


CERINTE

Required: Marketing, Economical, Technical or Commercial degree studies or experience of working within a marketing, sales or service fields Preferred: Experience of Supervising team of people; Good communications skills; Strong knowledge of English and PC operating (MS Office); business skills, analytical, financial and marketing, team spirit and motivation, good knowledge of marketing procedures and strategies
