RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is one of the most prestigious multinational companies in FMCG- non foods field. Due to their development is needed to increase the team with:

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the relationship with existing suppliers,
• Places orders for packaging, parts and supplies, observing deadlines;
• Assists with the procurement process: issues Requests for Quotations to existing / potential suppliers, compares the offers;
• Verifies production execution,
• Discusses unacceptable goods with vendors, to determine the source of trouble and take corrective action;
• Updates and maintains market data and procurement records relative to suppliers, prices, delivery and product quality;
• Acts as warehouse controller substitute when needed;
• Prepares product labels;
• Maintains database of local purchased items;

Education:
• University degree;
• Work Experience: 1-2 years of work experience is required, preferably in logistics;
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing;
• Driver’s license: required.
