Our client is the fastest growing mobile operator in the Romanian market. Provider of a complete range of mobile telecommunications services.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the business by providing creative value-adding legal advice on a variety of matters;
- Ensures the right management of all legal issues;
- Provides legal advice regarding specific transactions;
- Ensures compliance with local laws and company's policies;
- Provides legal advice and law interpretation, upon request, to all departments, related to everyday activity;
- Reviews a wide range of commercial contracts;
- Provides assistance and consultancy in negotiations with third parties, writing and analyzing legal documents;
- University Degree in law, post-graduate education would be a plus;
- Between 2-3 years of professional experience in the legal field (experience in legal department of multinational firm would be a plus);
- Very good knowledge of Romanian Commercial legislation, Corporate law, International contracts in general and Litigation;
- Very good drafting and negotiation skills;
- Team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable;
- Good computer literacy - MS Office applications;
- Fluency in written/spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage;
