RESPONSABILITATI

Within your role, you will:
• Identify the training and development needs of the individuals and of the groups s/he is responsible for;
• Implement various approaches to Development programmes, Technical skills and Business skills programmes;
• Roll out and embed agreed L&D strategies and processes;
• Prepare and monitor budget for the assigned projects;
• Formulate suggestions as regards the options that respond to identified;
development needs;
• Actively promote a variety of development options and formats, in line with current technology trends.
