- BA/BSc;
- Proven knowledge and experience with ERP systems or IP-Networking;
- 2 years of experience with interfacing customers;
- Proven Excellent English knowledge - fluent in reading, writing and speaking;
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends;
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follow helpdesk process to support cases;
- Remote access client’s network to solve bugs;
- Work in lab to re-produce field issues and for self-training;
- Monitor customers’ networks and act according to the relevant process;
- Open trouble tickets to follow repair procedures for equipment under warranty.
- Intensive training done in Israel HQ;
- Extensive health care package;
