RESPONSABILITATI

SAP Key User CO Module will have an important role in establishing the requirements for the roll-out projects or for the improvements needed on existing SAP implementation. The key user will work closely with the Controlling and Accounting Department in order to insure that the project specifications meet all the business requirements in terms of reporting both locally and at the group level. This role will also include first level support to end users and initiation of further improvement after roll-out completion.

The key user has a thorough understanding of the financial business processes and company specific procedures and ensures that the SAP systems work in accordance with these processes and procedures. A key user needs to be proactive, seeking information and acting upon it.


Responsibilities
Serves as first line of support for users’ questions. The key user should be able to address 80% of user questions;
Has a comprehensive understanding of how the system works and why;
Works to understand and resolve system errors;
Understands limitations of the system and assists business users in developing procedures to meet reporting requirements;
Develops training materials and trains as necessary;
Service provider for implementation, integration and consulting of SAP Application;
Responsibility for requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, user training conducting, application documentation and interface to end customers.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s (Finance/Accounting/Information Systems) from an accredited institution;
Minimum of 2 years Controlling work experience, international exposure is a “strong plus”;
Experience in projects, especially related to ERP implementations;
Previous experience with SAP CO and CO-PA. Experience of SAP intercompany reporting, consolidation reporting is a plus.
