• To control the status of network elements by using management systems;
• To follow the equipments’ manufacturer or internal procedures in case of notifications or alarms;
• To inform the concerned O&M departments/offices when their intervention is needed for outages clearing;
• To inform the hierarchical superiors and the Customer Care Department when the outages involve major network components;
• To offer assistance for Field Maintenance Teams and/or subcontractors for clearing hardware faults;
• To record all the information regarding the outages (description of the event, actions taken, implicated persons/ teams, timing, results) in Trouble Ticketing application;
• To carry out in a timely manner the work orders regarding the necessary changes in network’s elements configuration;
• To investigate and answer the complaints received from the Customer Care Department;
• To maintain and develop the applications tools used within Network Management Center.
• University degree in electronics, telecommunication or related fields;
• Technical experience in a similar position with a mobile telecommunication provider would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of GSM technology;
• Experience on Huawei technology (CDMA/WCDMA) is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken) ;
• Microsoft Office suite and Internet using proficiency;
• Computer and networking knowledge;
• Good planning and decision making skills;
• Ability to work in multifunctional teams;
• Communication skills, especially with non-technical persons;
• Working in shifts, including night shifts;
• Working under pressure and stress tolerance.
