Role Description:
The HR Operations Support specialist, reporting to PS Market Leader, contributes to business development through excellent customer service, provision of the highest quality products and services for internal and external customers and maintenance of the highest quality database as well as support of the database building processes.
Span areas including:
• Customer Service
• Data processing
• Marketing
• Administration
Key accountabilities:
• Support Account Managers in preparing tools, presentations, analyses, summaries and sales contracts
• Handle orders, monthly reporting, data cleaning, basic report writing
• Surveys administration - agreeing on communication with the client, collecting data from the Client, setting up and administrating the courses on the platform
• Organize/ participate in organization of conferences/ round tables/ seminars and handle all necessary processes related to marketing campaigns (newsletters); update of all marketing materials
• Coordinate with international colleagues to manage client requests and processes.
Experience:
• University graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales or Call center would be an advantage
• Proficient knowledge of English, experienced user of MS Office (advanced in MS Excel and Power Point)
