Your future responsibilities:
Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications;
Delivers the induction presentation to new employees;
Maintains the job description database and OC data base;
Supports communication activities and recognition programs;
Maintains employee personnel records, both hard copy file and database files;
Preparation of certificates requested by employees;
Administrates the Intranet and make sure the info presented are accurate;
Answers employees requests; fosters positive relationships and keeps open all communication channels;
Is always up to date with the HR legislation;
Create pro-active and responsive HR solutions to business needs.

Proving responsibility, high work standards and initiative;
Project and time management skills;
Pro-active personality;
Excellent verbal/written communication skills;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
