Prepare/assist with the accurate and timely preparation, consolidation and booking of monthly/quarterly operating expenses accruals; review and validate data received from various departments to ensure its accuracy and suitability as a basis for reporting;
Reconcile and review ledgers/ statements/ accounts in order to identify unusual, missing items; take corrective actions and ensure accuracy of balances and completeness of operational transactions (accruals);
Participate in the consolidation of budgets/forecasts and preparation of related variance analysis for the costs under your responsibility;
Provide support in the preparation of ad hoc financial analysis and ensure that they are prepared, analyzed, commented and presented in order to deliver the services required by the business;
Master all information technology tools which are available and ensure the most effective use in order to meet the business objectives and needs;
Keep appropriate filing system/documentation in order to build an archive containing key information for earlier periods and to comply with the company's document retention guidelines.
Economic University degree (e.g. Accounting & Control, Finance, Business Administration);
Working Experience: 1-2 years of experience or Internship programs within a Finance department would be a plus;
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory – ability to work with databases, consolidate and summarize information in a timely and accurate manner;
Previous experience of working with SAP would be a plus;
Fluency in English – written and spoken;
Ability to work in a time pressure environment with strict and tight deadlines;
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
