Job description:
- Research, monitor, analyze and write reports on companies and industry sectors of the Romanian market;
- Prepare, maintain and update proprietary databases;
- Prepare Daily and Weekly market notes.

- Degree in numerical field;
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in English;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong sense of integrity and accountability;
- Numerical, structured, organized and accurate;
- Team player, resilient, dependable, discreet;
- Preferably a year work or internship experience in a related field (accountancy, consulting, corporate finance, banking, investment management);
- Strong interest in Equities fundamental analysis and valuation.

In 1999 banca a achizitionat 51% din actiunile Bancii Ioniene.
La 11 aprilie 2000 fuziunea Bancii Ioniene a fost aprobata prin absorbtie de catre Alpha Credit Bank.
Denumirea noii banci, rezultata in urma fuziunii, este Alpha Bank.
