Facilitating online conversations with customers and responding to queries
Reporting on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
Ensuring weekly, monthly, campaign and event reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Creating and maintaining a social media calendar for short-term initiatives and long-term brand campaigns to grow following & engagement
Managing and maintaining the monitoring and analytics systems to track social media engagement and results; create weekly & monthly recaps
You are also expected to:
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
Other Ad-hoc responsibilities as required
Impeccable verbal & written communication skills (English)
Excellent writing, editing & organizational abilities
Ability to navigate a matrixed structure and work collaboratively with peers across the organization
Ability to use imagery and video for maximum effect on social channels
Ability to analyze, evaluate, and effectively communicate social media performance
Desire to work in a creative, demanding, competitive environment fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Fluent in social media monitoring and execution platforms
Fast learner; adaptable and highly responsive to others' needs or assignments
Able to think strategically as well as perform tactically with a whatever-it-takes attitude!
Always a plus:
Minimum of 1-2 years working in social media preferred
