Providing support for IT queries on Microsoft Office and specific corporate software; Windows troubleshooting; networking; server monitoring
Fluency in English
Familiarity with PC components in regards to functions and performances
Knowledge of Win2000 and WinXP
Good command of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of networking is a plus
This function is a full time function (40h/week) with alternating late afternoon shifts and night shifts.
