RESPONSABILITATI

The IT First Level support role is under CIO supervision.
The Technician will have the following role:
• Understand SG EBS IT environment complexity, different central and local teams functions
• Incident and problem management
• IT Service request management
• Follow-up the incidents and problems by escalating and searching solutions
• Help the CIO in SLAs follow-up
• Coordinate with the external teams (central IT or local subcontractors) to solve the users issues and to apply IT local standards and IT security rules
• Coordinate external teams to ensure material, software and configuration to be delivered in time for the SG EBS employees (workstation, phone, windows account, mailbox, access rights on IT resources, access rights on applications)
• Document any new process or existing process changes
• IT capacity planning: inform the CIO about the hardware, licences, network bandwidth provisioning plan, escalate the issues
• Assume the backup of the senior IT First Level Support - called CBC
• Keep permanent contact with the SGEBS staff to proactive detect and solve incidents
• Be in contact with the project managers to understand technical requirements and to be part of the projects.


CERINTE

• Bachelor degree minimum, with full technical profile (technician, engineer, mathematics)
• Experience level : 1 to 3 years ; could be first experience but strong technical skills and good analytical mind
• Languages: English mandatory, French mid-level (will be trained to reach advanced level)

• Outlook client local configuration : manual, GPO 2
• Network : WAN, LAN, vLAN, NAT, routers, switches, firewall, load balancing 1
• Windows server environment: Active Directory, Exchange, Blackberry 1
• Virtual environment: CITRIX, VDI, Virtual desktop 2
• Blackberry terminal configuration 2
• Manage security groups, access rights 2
• Firewall filtering rules, routes openings, NAT 1
• VOIP, trunsip, call manager, gateway 1
• Knowledge Visual basic for applications (VBA) 2
• MS Access with SQL and macros 2
