Lugera angajeaza IT Help Desk Support pentru un important furnizor global de servicii IT, servicii consultanta, integrare, dezvoltare software si suport.
Responsabilitati:
- Asigura suport tehnic clientilor companiei telefonic sau prin email;
- Analizarea si rezolvarea problemelor de software si hardware semnalate de clientii companiei;
- Rezolvarea/ coordonarea instalarilor de date;
- Verificarea si scanarea de virusi a componentelor interne existente.
Limba engleza nivel avansat;
- Studii superioare finalizate;
- Cunostinte de baza in domeniul tehnic.
Program: 8 ore, in schimburi, 24/7.
Beneficii: salariul 1890 lei net + tichete de masa.
Locatie: in apropierea statiei de metrou Pipera.
