- Maintains digital IS / IT European tools and defines exploitation procedures (installation and maintenance).
- Defines digital IT procedures in order to improve digital solutions performances.
- Defines and deploys back up and recovery plans
- Ensures the systems (web platform) reliability and data security, by deploying security protocols
- Defines procedures to guarantee a preventive and curative exploitation systems maintenance
- Leads a technological watch in order to propose technological evolutions.
- Collects users needs in terms of IT production and ensures a high level of users support / helpdesk on digital solutions perimeter, for all European countries with digital solutions.
- Supervises testing requirements (testing scenario, test data) and complete regression tests
- Supervises Web hosting projects, monitors web hosting and maintenance external partners and coordinates DTD with DSI helpdesk
- Defines production and exploitation process with the external partner and the DSI helpdesk.
- Launches hosting and production evolutions and is responsible for the project KPIs (delays, budget, performance)
- Measures and controls production systems; creates and analyzes digital production dashboards
- Distribution / Business understanding (B2C, B2B, B2D)
- Omnichannel / e-commerce hardware and software knowledge and experience
- Infrastructure and cloud computing
- Experienced with applied methodology to organize digital IS / IT procedures and guarantee performance and security of applications
- Oriented to digital innovation
- Project Management experience
