RESPONSABILITATI

* Assist the Internal Control & SOX Manager in designing the controls / processes;
* Analyse changes in business processes and update / modify documentation accordingly in order to assure the correspondence of documentation / process description with the processes itself;
* Test the controls, compile the test documentation and submit it for review to Internal Control Manager;
* Advise the management to remediate the deficient controls identified
* Agree with management the action for remediation of the deficiencies and report it to the Internal Control Manager;
* Follow up the implementation of the corrective action / remediation of the deficiencies;
* Ensure that all reports are timely and accurately prepared under an adequate system of internal controls;
* Maintain an appropriate level of documentation for the work performed;
* Oversee the system of general and detailed internal controls and assist in the development of policies and procedures;
* Participate in the implementation of internal controls applicable to the reporting and compliance areas as per recommendations of the internal and external audit;
* Support the management in remediation of the deficiencies from the internal and external audit reports;
* Evaluate and recommend changes in systems or procedures to improve them;
* Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by Internal Control & SOX Manager.


CERINTE

* University graduate - i.e. economics, engineering, law;
* 3-4 years of experience in similar position, or other relevant fields (i.e. operations, finance);
* Good level of understanding of business processes;
* Good knowledge of internal control techniques, risk based approach;
* Financial understanding (accounting, financial reporting etc.);
* Proficiency of English language;
* Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and organizational skills;
* Ability to be flexible, work independently and pay attention to details;
* Trustworthy, objectivity and responsibility;
* Capacity to work with a diverse staff, as well as sensitivity to diversity.
