Responsibilities
Plan the release windows and cycles;
Coordinate the release content and effort, according to the requests;
Coordinate work between different teams and manage relationships;
Measure and monitor progress to ensure that the releases are delivered on time and within budget;
Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality;
Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities;
Create and manage weekly CIO report for supporting projects
Communicate to the Business, the release schedules and details, as required;
Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live and Post Go-Live activities;
Conduct post deployment meetings and communication plans;
Coordinate maintenance window activities;
Maintain a release repository;
Manage build-related information, release procedures, dependencies and notification lists;
Manage scripts creation and usage of automation-tools, required to build, integrate, and deploy software releases.
Work location: Amsterdam
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science / Telecommunication / Informatics / Mathematics / Cybernetics);
Minimum of 2 year's relevant experience with Release Management / Project Management or Infrastructure & Environments Management experience;
Software development life cycle experience;
Strong MS Office skills (Power point, Excel, MS Project);
Verbal and written communication skills, listening skills.
Nice to have
PMP, Prince 2, ITIL certifications
Experience in CMT industry, SAP and/or Oracle technology and/or applications and implementation management are a plus.
