RESPONSABILITATI

• An Inside Sales member is responsible for growing New Business and developing the End User base on behalf of Customer for her/ his assigned Customer’s region.
• Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with all End User (existing and new) serviced by Inside Sales.
• Grow the New Business to increase Customer’s overall market penetration throughout the targeted End User segments.

Key-result areas
• Work with End Users to understand their needs and business drivers, solution expectations, decision timescale, and motivators to generate New Business and grow business from existing End Users.
• Adhere to the engagement model agreed with the regional Customer’s sales team.
• Work with the regional Customer’s sales team to qualify, quantify, and prioritize Leads.
• Prospect new End Users in the assigned Customer’s region in market segments.
• Refer Leads that cannot be serviced directly by Supplier to the appropriate regional Customer’s sales team and provide necessary follow-up to ensure the Leads are turned into New Business or Negotiated Renewals on a best effort basis.
• Consolidate Leads and translate them into a reliable regional New Business pipeline.
• Observe contracting procedures.
• Work with the regional Customer’s sales team on promotional activities for the customers
• Perform debt management functions in coordination with Customer’s Credit Controllers if the situation demands.


CERINTE

• 1 year experience in BPO or relevant industry preferred
• Sales experience with preference in the Telecommunications market is desirable
• Preference to previous experience in the Air Transport Industry will be a advantage

• Fluency in Russian and with strong verbal and writing skills
