Administration of electro-technical projects
- Processing of technical specifications, request of offers and commissioning in cooperation with architects and planning agencies, attending the negotiations for awarding of contracts and the preparation of service contracts
- Supervising the performance, especially the starting negotiations, shell and final acceptance
- Selecting the electro-technical planners and coordinating them in cooperation with all other people involved in the project
- Cost, date and quality administration of the electro-technical subsection
- Securing the detailed and correct reporting
- Securing the ordering and organisation of lamps, advertising bags, exterior lighting, etc.
- The entire planning and processing of electro-technical works and securing the electro-technical installations and supplements for reconstructions
Maintenance and repair of electro-technical functions
- Creation of deficiency records, monitoring the deficiency removal and processing the acceptance
- Organisation and support in emergency repairs and maintenance
Energy Administration
- Organisation and monitoring of the energy consumption
- Securing a timely purchase of power at a liberalised power market
- Completed technical university education (focus on Electrotechnology)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- IT-skills (MS-Office, ACAD, etc.)
- Excellent German or English skills; further languages of advantage
