What will your job be about?

You will learn how to work in a virtual environment, interacting with colleagues and clients all over the globe.
How can you make a difference? Understand your customer’s needs and exceed its expectations with a friendly and can-do attitude.
• Act as a primary source of management and stakeholder information about the Incident Management process
• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the process
• Track and review open incidents’ status
• Liaise with all suppliers and stakeholders to ensure Incident Management activities are performed within service level agreement (SLA) targets and according to schedule
• Analyze incident records to detect any problems or trends and proposes actions to rectify apparent weak areas in the Incident Management process
• Clarify and validate the business impact of an escalated incident
