- Develop or assist in the creation and ongoing management of the rollout schedule.
- Update, track, and adjust the rollout schedule on a timely basis.
- Create installation scheduling requests and ensure that all customer installation/deployment activity is scheduled and completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Coordinate post-startup activities. (i.e. data gathering, team resources identification, installation processes distributed, data repository established, etc.)
- Document deviations to the customer contract using change control guidelines.
- Coordinate with other vendors as needed for delivery of equipment or services.
- Escalate issues with maintaining the rollout schedule, as needed, and manage to closure.
- Ensure any necessary billing data is provided to the appropriate parties
- Establishes and maintains communications with project team
- Fluency in English and Italian or Russian or Spanish or German
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related education
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in co-ordination work
- Some amount of project management skills
- Client facing experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills & interpersonal skill.
- Good analytical and problem solving ability
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Knowledge of WFM tools – nice to have
- Previous experience or knowledge of the service industry – nice to have
- Ability to work independently
- Utilizes good organizational skills
