- Minimum of 4 years working experience from which at least 2 years in handling HR aspects regarding compensation & benefits, payroll, hiring/training
-Very good communication and interpersonal skills
-University degree required
Main Tasks
- Compensation and benefits schema design
- Selection and recruitment process
- Maintain personnel database (labor contracts, Addendums)
- Payroll computation
- General administrative tasks
