RESPONSABILITATI

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of HR program and project management in a fast paced BPO / call center environment.
• Position specific talent identification strategies, initiatives and tactics including networking, internet job boards and social media, database mining, referrals, ad response, professional outreach, agencies and advanced recruiting techniques.
• Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc. Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting specialists;
• Pre-screens resumes and documents candidate evaluation and interview process and update the candidate data base.
• Manage the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a compliant and timely manner;
• Keep an eye permanently on all recruiting sources in order to update the ads and increase the number of candidates;
• Day – to – day supervise recruitment staff;
• Compile and update reports for job openings, hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers;
• Offer support for other HR administration tasks.


CERINTE

• Very good command of Dutch language;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good computer literacy, including advanced Excel knowledge;
• Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (especially in the BPO / call center industry)
• Must be a team player with the ability to handle a high volume of open positions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to dive deep and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
• Trustworthy, dynamic, sociable
• MANDATORY: Identify, evaluate and manage proactive recruitment sourcing plans
