establishes and maintains records of documentation on the hiring, promotions, departures from the company, staff turnover;
prepares individual employment contracts, job descriptions, addenda amending the individual employment contract, decisions to terminate or suspend the individual employment contract, payroll for staff employed;
monthly statements;
keeps track of sick leave and makes periodical situations regarding holidays;
upon request issues: various types of certificates, recommendations, delegates etc;
is involved in recruitment and selection process and salary calculation.
minimum 1 year experience in a similar position;
HR inspector course;
good knowledge of employment law in force;
good knowledge of English;
PC skills;
higher education is an advantage;
resistace to stress;
proactivity and adaptability.
