We are currently hiring for our HR projects and our new colleagues will perform the following tasks:
- Offer support services in HR (HR Administration support – personnel files, individual labor contracts; checking timesheets; Comp&Ben support, conducting induction programs, filling in working safety)
- Interface with employees to help them in their HR needs
- Develop improvements to processes and local work instructions
• University degree, Psychology can be a plus
• Good command of English
• Team player
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
• At least 2 years as HR Generalist
• Diploma of Work Safety Inspector
- Work in a corporate enviroment
- Develop knowledge of HR processes
