For our client, world leader in nutrition, health and wellness, we are recruiting a
HR Business Partner
We are looking for a strong professional that will be the driving force behind creating, drafting & implementation of people strategy. The HR Business Partner will represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific Business Unit.
Main Responsabilities:
• Executes HR Strategy: Executes People Strategies & Plans that attract, develop and retain employees to support the business needs. Coordinates and executes workforce planning for specific business units.
• Organizational Design and Development: Promote and manage team development activities through purposely organized activities: team buildings, workshops, assessments.
• Performance & Talent Management: Ensure performance and talent management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.
• Employee Engagement: Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable.
Required Qualifications, experience and education
Degree level education or equivalent.
Business Acumen (understanding of the business, performance drivers and long term direction).
Understanding Financial & Non-Financial Business results, & the HR / People impact.
Accreditation with relevant Professional body and maintains links with external networks (Eg Corporate Leadership Council) and Nestlé Networks (Example - Rive Reine, Corp CoEs)
Sound knowledge employment law & labor regulations, Compensation, Performance and Talent Management.
