-university degree (Psychology, Psychology-Sociology Faculties, other)
-knowledge of personnel recruitment and selection tools and techniques;
-very good command of English, both spoken and written;

Job description:
To ensure every recruitment campaigns are conducting according with company policies;
To identify the recruitment methods and tools according with each assignment;
Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles;
Screening applications according with company policies and immigration rules;
Scheduling and conducting interviews (structured and semi structured);
Profiling clients and applicants; reports;
Selecting / short-listing candidates;
Providing guidance and feed-back to the applicants;
Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies;
Ensuring every applicant is having the relevant documentation prior to assessment;
Applicant induction and monitor the performance;
